3. In its current design, no. In a different design it good asset to the area.

4. The bad aspects, the size, domineering the landscape, loss of privacy of the school,  traffic, impact on local shopkeepers and residents, overshadowing houses.

5. I think it should be rejected by the state government and handed back to the local council and decided by the local residents. Although I I do think something of a small scale should be built.

3. Yes; there are some good parts. It will add some value to the area, drive up house prices, there will be more to do and more variety, more consumer choice.

4.  Yes; I think it will take away form the small community vibe and will make it more commercial. It will be an eyesore because of its size. It will also add to traffic, plus lets face it, it will be a nuisance having that building all there all time when it is being built, adding to traffic and noise.

5. No. The building has its pros and cons, but I'm not a massive person for change, and it will really destroy the community vibe.

3. I don't think there are any good aspects of the Rozelle Towers.

4. Yes; it will add to the traffic, make parking more difficult, and I will live right under it's shadow. The old Rozelle and Balmain was so centered around its community and these towers will destroy that. I don't want Rozelle to change.

3. I do believe there are some good aspects; the site needs redevelopment, the location is the gateway to Rozelle, so it needs beautifying, this type of development on a much smaller scale will provide additional apartment style living with good access to shopping and business centers.
